Semalam ari last aku kat peds department,, so next week aku start ngn ophthal plak..10 mggu tu..lame btol...huhuhu..:)

yesterday also my end posting was conducting....

end posting ni kire exam tiap kali kitorg abes posting..

mcm2 jenis end posting ade, ade depatment kene present case kat depan lec, ade yg osce,, 

meh aku kenal kn korg ape tu OSCE... name penuh OSCE ni aku x ingt,nnt aku tnye senior bile dah taw aku post kat next post aku yerk,, ade plak gitu ek?..hahahha

well osce ni adelah exam yg mn nko kene bt examination part kat patient pastu lec akan nilai dr segi skill yg nko tunjukkan..

susah doh,lbh2 lg kalo korg x pandai nk communicate bhs patient,,,

cam ayam ngn itik la jdnye bile nk ckp ngn pt,,,huhuhu,,

mcm tu la aku semalam,, lantokla,nk jd itik ko ayam,asal aku pass cukop,,hehehehe..

pedo osce ade 8 stesen, yg mn sume systemic examination part pon ade.. CVS,CNS,RS,PA,,,

pastu ade yg kene ukur kepale bdk n kene tnye history development die,,,

kelam kabut la jugak,tp Alhamdulillah sume berjln lancar tanpe ade bdk yg nangis,,huhu,, :P

instrument korg bawak sendiri,, mmg senget dah labcoat aku dok bawak knee hammer la, tape la, torch lg, pastu coklat tok budak2..

hahaha,,, 

 ni stethoscope mmg korg wajjib kene bw kat mn2 posting,, x bw mmg kene chase out dr klas la,,, 

ni tape tok uko kepala budak, ngn ukor lengan diorg,, :)

• community medicine-subjek ni plg aku x suke,,hahahahaha...

so mmg x plik kalo 'termiss' klas sbb bgn lwt,,hohoho.

tp yg mornig klas bkn blja subjek 3rd year..

kliniks ni maksudnyer korg kene g hospital n blaja di sana  according in which posting u r in..

dah dkt sebulan aku kat ward ni,,

next week aku posting ophthal plak,,,huhu,,, will miss children there,, :(

OPD tu maksud die outpatient department..

kat sini patient akan dtg n jumpe doktor untuk consultatiom..

tpkitorg dtg sini tok attendance kedatangan..

lam kol 9,30 camtu kitorg naik tingkat 3ke ward,, jom2..

ni la ward die,,, besar n luas..

 masok2 jer ward korg akan jumpe mini playground..
kiut kan?... rase cam nk main jer.. kalo nk kene detained xm cube lah korg main,hahhaha..

kat ward ni la kitorg blaja case2 yg berkaitan nngn budak2,, dr baru lhr hinggelle yg remaja..
mcm2 penyakit ade,,,huhuhu
kitorg kene examine patient n present that case,,
yestrday was my presentation-about nephrotic syndrome..
budak tu baru jer 7 taun,, ciyan die :(
